I started working at Kura in fall 2017, and am delighted to stay on to share the reception position with Shaz.
It has been such a joy to get to know the clinic, patients and practitioners, and I look forward to continuing to work with all of you.
Naturopathic medicine and holistic approaches to health have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My interest in mental and physical wellness led me to spend two years working and volunteering at Guelph Community Acupuncture before coming to Kura, and I continue to explore alternative modalities in my own health journeys. I also work part-time as a receptionist at Family Counselling and Support Services downtown.
While I’m not answering phones, booking appointments or fixing printer issues, I perform and volunteer at local and national spoken word events, sing in a choir, play the ukulele, and spend time with my long-time canine pal, Shea Butter.
I recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Professional Writing and Communications, and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development.
See you at the clinic!
