Caeleigh Gaines, RMT (on leave)

Born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, Caeleigh attended Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology for Health Sciences. From Lambton College she continued her education in the health care field by graduating and received her diploma from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012.

With a focus in General Swedish Massage, Hydrotherapy, Deep tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy, Therapeutic Exercises, and Acute and Chronic pain conditions.

Caeleigh has furthered her education with courses at The School of Structural Therapy in Cervical, Thoracic, Upper Extremity- Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, direct and indirect techniques and applications. She uses a combination of myofascial release, muscle energy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, strain-counterstrain, and positional release techniques.  Lumbosacral and Pelvic Mobilization Techniques. Cranial Techniques & Applications (Craniosacral Therapy Level 1) and Advanced Cranial Techniques (Craniosacral Therapy Level 2).

Caeleigh took on a Teaching Assistant position at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy this year, in Therapeutic Exercise and Manual Skills and Treatment. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She is an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, playing co-ed softball, yoga, golfing and fishing all year round. Caeleigh looks forward to assisting clients with their personal goals and enhancing their activities of daily living.

Caeleigh is on leave until fall 2019.
