Robin Young, BSc., DOMP

 

Robin Young is the newest staff member at Kura Naturopathic Clinic and is an enthusiast at work and at play. Robin came to the University of Guelph in 1995 from Northern Ontario to complete an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Human Kinetics. During her university career Robin tried her hand at wrestling and decided that her enthusiasm and love of sports was better suited for the varsity cheerleading team. Following university, she decided to share her knowledge of human movement through her own personal training business and solidified her standing in the health and wellness field as a certified kinesiologist. Robin has completed dozens of courses during her 7 years of work in the human kinetics field. She has recently completed 5 years of training of osteopathic study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. She is passionate about increasing her knowledge of all aspects of the human condition and enjoys educating patients on ways to help them help themselves. This allows Robin to learn and grow as a part of the rehabilitation team in every way possible.
