Paulina Zettel is a naturopathic doctor graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (www.ccnm.edu) in Toronto. She is also a professional birth attendant (doula), Hypnobirthing instructor, Naet allergy elimination practitioner (www.naet.com) and Bowen Therapy practitioner (www.bowtech.com). She focuses her practice on women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, and birth and has a strong interest in the health of infants and children.
Paulina Zettel is a former teaching assistant for Asian Medicine & acupuncture, and human anatomy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and is has contributed to a book on nutrition and disease prevention (The Vegetarian Cook’s Bible by Pat Crocker). She is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy- Naturopathy and is a professional member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (www.oand.org) and DoulaCARE (www.doulacare.ca).
Paulina Zettel balances her career by spending time with her husband John and children Alexander, Lucas and Cora, eating healthy and participating in team sports. She also enjoys volunteering her time in the community at Edward Johnston school and Ignatius farm.
As a naturopathic doctor, her main goal is to educate women in the community so that they actively participate in their health and the health of their families.
