Healthy and Active Fee Schedule

Total program cost is $525.00* (+ HST) and includes:

• Extensive blood lab panel
• Analysis of results and creation of personalized program (with 30 page handbook)
• 2 consultations once you start the program

Program is billed over 3 visits:

• Week 1: $275.00 (+ HST) lab panel/analysis
• Week 2: $125.00 (+ HST) H&A consultation
• Week 4: $125.00 (+ HST) H&A consultation

*New patients will need an Initial Naturopathic visit first ($160.00)

Regular follow up visits required beyond the first 4 weeks are not included –standard follow up visit fee will apply ($65.00).
